• Blow-drying available on arrival at no extra cost
• Avoid makeup around the hairline & remove jewellery

• Length, freestyle designs, goddess/French curls must be pre-booked
• If hair is included, choose colour at booking (or risk cancellation)
• No extra guests unless agreed in advance

Timing ⏰
• 15-minute grace period — after this, your appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled

Payments 💳
• Non-refundable deposit required
• Remaining balance paid in cash at appointment

Cancellations 🔁
• 24–48 hours’ notice required
• Late cancellations/no-shows lose deposit
